My files lists files from your chats and tasks. Filter it by All, Chats, Groups, Tasks, Projects, Agents, Kept, Links or Trash; with nothing yet it says “No files yet”. A file can be placed in more than one place (a chat, a task, an Agent’s files); deleting the original removes it everywhere it was placed. A project is a key you attach to Conversations.
