Computer

The remote desktop that belongs to an Agent.

Each Agent has one Computer: a remote desktop with a browser. The Agent browses on it, and you can open it from the Agent to watch or help, for example to sign in to a site yourself. Agents never share a Computer.

On a wide browser window the Computer opens as a panel beside the chat. A Zoom button helps read small text. Steps: Open an Agent’s Computer. The Computer is a persistent machine, so logins stay between sessions.
