You are reading the **latest** documentation. Work release notes are copied from the published releases. ## Work ### v1.2.6 · 2026-10-20 · Smart search Search understands meaning. The best passages come first, each with the heading it sits under. Filter by Docs, Items or Boards. Works in Hebrew and English and shows only what you may read. Agents can use the same search over MCP. ### v1.2.5 · 2026-10-18 · Archive and restore Archive boards and items instead of deleting them, then restore later. MCP tools can archive, restore and delete boards and items (deleting a board needs confirmation). Archived items are hidden from the board, search and counts. ### v1.2.4 · 2026-10-02 · Faster first load Docs load on demand, so the app opens faster by about 15%. Footnote links return to the right reference. Reordering in grouped tables stays within the section and keeps your collapsed sections. ### v1.2.3 · 2026-09-15 · Directory sync Syncing a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 directory updates the board a template names (Employees in HR Ops), including suspended or removed people, without deleting rows. ### v1.2.2 · 2026-09-15 · Agents in the app Start an Agent run from its card, see run history with trace and spend, add and regenerate AI columns, and see each item's proposal timeline. ## Worksong Worksong ships many times a day. Each day that something goes live gets one release id: the deploy date in UTC, written `YYYY.MM.DD`. The release id names the first build of that day. The app lists what changed in every build under **Profile → What's new**. ### 2026.10.23 The first numbered Worksong release. From this date every day with a deploy has an id, so you can tell which documentation version matches the app you use.
